This course recognizes that great leaders are not born but developed through intentional learning and practice. Middle managers and staff members are often thrust into leadership roles without the necessary training, and this program aims to bridge that gap. Through a combination of lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will gain the essential skills needed to thrive in leadership positions.

Whether you are an existing manager looking to enhance your leadership capabilities or an aspiring leader seeking to make a seamless transition, this course is tailored to empower you with the knowledge and skills essential for effective leadership in the complex and rewarding field. Join us in this transformative journey to unlock your leadership potential and contribute to the success of your organization.

Delivery Format:

The course is divided into ten (10) modules. Each module must be completed before moving to the next module.  On average, each module can be completed in a couple of weeks.  The development of leadership skills occurs when knowledge and practice are combined. This Leadership Self-Paced Certificate Course will put knowledge into practice as participants are immersed in this interactive online format.
